I ordered a part from syxmoto.com and unfortunately it ended up not fitting right. I figured returning it would be straightforward, but it dragged on longer than I expected and I had to email a couple times just to get clear answers. The refund did eventually come through, so credit where it’s due. BUT WOW, the back-and-forth got old fast. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, just slow and kind of frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I was completely sure the part was the right one.

The seat is really comfortable even after sitting for hours. I was impressed at first, and then I kind of forgot about it, which is probably a good thing. It feels good, no complaints really, though I’m not exactly jumping up and down about a seat.

Part numbers, sizes, colors, even the small pieces in the bag, it all matched exactly what I picked on the site. Nothing was missing and there weren’t any random wrong-size parts thrown in, which was my main worry. Shipping was normal and the box showed up in good shape. Simple order, but they got all the details right, so I’m happy...

The box was dented when it arrived, and the parts inside had almost no padding, so a few of them looked scratched up. Nothing was completely broken, but for the price, I expected them to take more care with how it was packed. If this is how they usually ship stuff, I’d be a little hesitant to order again.

I was looking around syxmoto.com for a few parts, the prices felt steep for what they were. Even some of the basic stuff was higher than I expected, and once shipping got added on, I was kind of reading between the lines and realizing it just wasn’t going to be worth it for me.
Maybe it works if you’re in a hurry and need a part fast, but if you’re trying to save money, I wouldn’t really recommend it. I ended up finding cheaper options elsewhere after doing a little more searching, so for affordability, I’d give it 1 star.

I reached out for help after my purchase and still haven’t gotten a reply. Like, seriously? It feels like my message got launched into outer space. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, just a basic response, but apparently that’s too much to ask.

I picked up some suspension parts from SYX Moto, and they’ve been working well so far. The bike feels better over bumps now and it doesn’t bottom out nearly as much as it used to. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it wasn’t terrible or anything. I did have to tweak things a bit after installing it, which was a little annoying at first, but not a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it for the price.

I had to reach out to tech support because I was dealing with a wiring issue on my bike. The weird part is, once I actually got someone who understood the problem, he was helpful and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about.

I ordered from syxmoto.com and, i was a little suspicious at first because the shipping estimate seemed kind of random. But my stuff showed up a couple days earlier than they said it would, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking updated normally too, which made me feel better. I’m giving 4 stars because the box had a small dent when it arrived, but luckily everything inside was fine.

My order showed up in a seriously beat-up box, like really beat up. The tape was half coming off, one corner was crushed in, and it looked like it had been dragged around before getting to me.
When I opened it, the plastic pieces had rub marks and a few small scratches. The parts weren’t secured well at all, just loose and shifting around in the box, moving around and moving around the whole time.
I emailed about it and the reply took a while, and even then it didn’t really solve anything. For what I paid, I expected it to show up in much better condition. Disappointing, disappointing

I had a small issue with one of the parts after a few weeks, so I reached out to syxmoto. They asked me to send over some pictures, and after that they literally sent a replacement under warranty. It did take them a little while to reply, but overall they handled it well...

I took my bike out and felt embarrassed when I realized how weak the brakes were. They barely slowed me down, and I had to be way more careful than usual just to stop safely. It was kind of scary.

Got my bike from SYX Moto. the battery lasts longer than I thought. I ride around the neighborhood a few times a week. Still don’t need to charge it every time. Nice surprise. No problems so far. Happy with it...

I ordered a few parts from syxmoto the quality was better than I expected. I’m usually picky with this stuff and I complain a lot when parts feel cheap, don’t line up right, or just seem thrown together. But these actually felt solid, fit the way they were supposed to, and didn’t have that cheap junk feel. No loose fit, no weird issues, no annoying surprises. Happy with the order overall.

I was able to find most of the replacement parts I needed for my syxmoto bike, which was nice because tracking down parts can be a whole project on its own. A couple things were out of stock though, and it took a while before they showed up again. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying when you’re trying to get the bike back together and you keep checking like you’re waiting on concert tickets or something. Overall, not bad, but availability can be kind of hit or miss.

The checkout kept glitching on me, and forever it felt like my order was taking. Frustrating, honestly.

They did get back to me. They were nice and helpful. It just took a couple of days, and I had to send a follow-up.
Overall, it was okay. Nothing terrible. I just wish the response time was a bit faster.

I expected these tires to last a lot longer, but they started cracking after just two rides. They feel really cheaply made, and now I don’t trust them at all. Once something like this happens, it’s hard to feel confident using the product again.
